His practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign clients mainly in the prevention and/or resolution of litigation matters or judicial and arbitration disputes. He intervenes with the firm's litigation team in judicial and arbitration disputes related to constitutional, civil, commercial, representation, distribution, creditor summons, bankruptcy, commercial contracts, disputes related to intellectual rights; administrative law in the areas of customs, municipal, environmental, consumer, telecommunications. He assists in mergers and acquisitions processes, in the estimation of contingencies of litigation processes in progress and in making estimates and forecasts of issues that may involve future contingencies or controversies to companies. Audit of ongoing files and estimation of risks involved. He has dedicated his entire career to the private sector and has extensive experience in leading controversial litigation and in arranging complex negotiations within his practice areas. He handles complex litigation in alliance with other national and international law firms.
