His practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign clients on intellectual property and regulatory matters. The scope of his practice covers both individuals and legal entities, whether national or multinational.
Laura has worked mainly in the private sector but also has relevant experience in the public sector, working for the National Directorate of Intellectual Property - DINAPI.

We assisted a building materials supply company with brand protection by drafting and submitting a cease and desist order to a local construction company.
\ Vertiv Corporation, in actions for intellectual property protection
Assisted a U.S. company providing equipment and services with drafting a C&D letter aimed at stopping the non-authorized use of the client’s trademark.
Registration and trademark opposition actions
Assisted a top tier British law firm with filing and registering a Trademark for an important Spanish electronic music and event organizer company. We also filed an opposition against a local applicant registering a similar trademark without authorization from the original owner.
