Juan Manuel has advised clients in a wide range of commercial transactions in diverse industries, including M&A transactions, financing, construction mandates, acquisition of industrial machinery, among others. Also, Juan Manuel matured relevant experience in customs law, particularly in import/export processes and customs summary proceedings.
