Horacio Sánchez Pangrazio is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (2013) with a Master's degree in Tax Advisory from the University of Navarra, Spain (2018) and is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at the Universidad Autónoma de Asunción. Furthermore, he is engaged in university teaching in the field of Tax Law at the Faculty of Legal and Diplomatic Sciences of the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
Horacio has extensive experience in tax consultancy, particularly in international taxation. He has worked as a tax advisor for both foreign firms (Madrid, Spain) and local firms, participating in complex transactions in various areas of the economy. He also has extensive experience in the application of double taxation treaties and is certified by the SET as an authorized analyst to provide technical transfer pricing studies.
