Provided pro bono assistance to the Competition Law Committee of ICC Paraguay, preparing draft guidelines to prevent anti-competitive behaviour by guild members. No other firm or local professional participated in such drafting.

We advised Paracel, a company that is promoting a large project for the construction of a pulp production plant, with its own production of eucalyptus wood, in the transaction to obtain a loan of USD 20,000,000 granted by a local commercial bank to finance working capital and afforestation projects.

We advised two major banks in the capital markets worldwide, in their capacity as initial buyers, in Banco Continental SAECA's initial offering of senior bonds under Regulation S / Rule 144A for an amount of USD 300,000,000. This transaction was the first public offering of "sustainable" bonds in the history of Paraguay.
