We advised Paracel, a company that is promoting a large project for the construction of a pulp production plant, with its own production of eucalyptus wood, in the transaction to obtain a loan of USD 20,000,000 granted by a local commercial bank to finance working capital and afforestation projects.

We advised a foreign fund in the agribusiness sector in the process of raising capital and incorporating new investors to finance the acquisition of land in the Paraguayan Chaco region.

We advised a leading Dutch company in the development and implementation of carbon and biodiversity projects in the due diligence process for the potential acquisition of more than 50,000 hectares in the Paraguayan Chaco, with the aim of issuing carbon credits for conservation in international markets and the implementation of a project under REDD+ standards.
